
Need a midweek reset? Join us on Zoom and take 15 minutes to move, stretch, and shake off the stress of the week so far. You’ll perform a variety of low-impact exercises to wake up your muscles, improve circulation, and release built-up tension, followed by static stretches to deepen relaxation and restore flexibility.
Every group session begins with a quick dose of wellness education or inspiration such as a fit tip, recipe suggestion, resource recommendation, motivational quote, or something lighthearted to lift your mood.
$7 drop-in (or save using a membership or session pass!)
Please note: Each WorkBreakStretch group session is for registered participants only. Sharing Zoom links or group viewing is not permitted. If you know someone who’d enjoy the sessions, please share the schedule link and encourage them to register individually.
