Scope of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WorkBreakStretch services made available through the WorkBreakStretch OfferingTree website (the “Site”), including but not limited to account creation, registration for live virtual sessions, purchases of session passes, memberships, gift cards, and subscription to email communications (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in live virtual sessions or to purchase session passes, memberships, or gift cards through the Site.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Accounts, Access, and Use
To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account through OfferingTree.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You may not share your account, login credentials, or access to purchased Services with any other person.
WorkBreakStretch reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services if account misuse, credential sharing, or unauthorized access is suspected.
Offerings and Services
Services currently offered through the Site may include:
Live virtual movement and stretch sessions
Session passes
Memberships
Gift cards
Email communications, including newsletters, updates, and announcements
Offerings, pricing, and availability may change at any time.
Payments, Cancellations, and Credits
All purchases made through the Site are final, unless otherwise stated.
Session passes, memberships, and gift cards are valid only for the timeframes specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions do not carry over and are not refundable. You are responsible for registering for sessions during the active period of your session pass or membership to receive full value.
If you cancel your registration for a live session at least 24 hours in advance, a credit will be returned to your OfferingTree account, regardless of whether you used a session pass or purchased a single session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session, or missed sessions, are not eligible for a credit.
WorkBreakStretch does not send calendar meeting invitations. You are responsible for adding sessions you register for to your personal and/or work calendar.
Email Communications
Most emails from WorkBreakStretch are sent through the OfferingTree messaging system. Occasionally, you may be contacted directly from WorkBreakStretch’s business email address.
You are responsible for checking spam or junk folders and marking emails as safe if needed.
You may unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in applicable emails or by contacting WorkBreakStretch directly.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
WorkBreakStretch uses third-party platforms to deliver and support Services, including:
OfferingTree is used for scheduling, communication, and session registration.
Stripe is used for secure payment processing through OfferingTree.
Zoom is used for hosting live virtual sessions.
These third-party providers have their own privacy policies and are responsible for managing data processed through their systems in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Privacy
Your use of the Site and Services is subject to the WorkBreakStretch Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. WorkBreakStretch makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, availability, or error-free operation of the Site or Services.
Participation in live virtual sessions is subject to a separate Participant Waiver, which must be accepted at the time of registration and governs health-related considerations, assumption of risk, and liability related to participation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkBreakStretch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Updates to These Terms
WorkBreakStretch may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above will indicate the most current version. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
