10 Day Winter Sports-Inspired Movement Series

Join Kim, founder of WorkBreakStretch, for 10 days of movement and stretch breaks inspired by winter sports! Each day will highlight a different sport where you’ll be guided through a 15-minute routine of simple, feel-good movements and stretches inspired by that sport.

Sessions will be held daily February 9th - February 20th (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) at 12pm ET via Zoom. Attend one, a few, or all sessions!

No experience needed. The sessions are beginner-friendly, require no equipment, and you definitely don’t have to bundle up. You can join from the comfort of your office, living room, or wherever you are. 😊 Camera use is optional during the sessions.

Price

This series is pay what you can, with a $10 minimum. You’re welcome to contribute whatever feels right for you.
You may also use credits from a session pass.

This series is included at no additional cost for those with an active Membership.

Mobility Monday

Set a positive tone for the week ahead! Join us on Zoom for 15 minutes of feel-good dynamic stretching to loosen tight muscles and move through the major joints from head to toe.

Tension Release Tuesday

Join us on Zoom to ease tightness in areas that commonly hold tension from sitting and screen time. Each Tension Release Tuesday session focuses on a specific area of the body. Examples include:

• Neck, shoulders, and upper back

• Low back

• Hips

• Hamstrings

• Wrists, forearms, and hands

Midweek Reset

Need a midweek reset? Join us on Zoom and take 15 minutes to move, stretch, and shake off the stress of the week so far. You’ll perform a variety of low-impact exercises to wake up your muscles, improve circulation, and release built-up tension, followed by static stretches to deepen relaxation and restore flexibility.

Thursday Energy Boost

Power through the end of your week! Join us on Zoom for 15 minutes of light cardio and simple stretches designed to release tension, re-energize your body, and help you finish the week strong and focused.

Join us on Zoom and end the week with a smile! These sessions add a fun twist through the use of dice, cards, or other surprises to guide each stretch or exercise. You won’t know what’s coming next, but you’ll feel better after! No need to bring anything. Kim (WorkBreakStretch founder and instructor) will handle the props used for these sessions. :-)

Give yourself 15 minutes to pause, breathe, and reset. Join Kim, founder of WorkBreakStretch, for a friendly, accessible movement break on Zoom. All stretches and movements are workday-friendly and designed to help you recharge. No experience, equipment, or change of clothes needed. Come as you are and move your way to feeling better!
