This 4-week Mermaid Stretch Break Series is designed to help you add simple movement into your day while supporting your race training.
Each week leading up to race day, you're invited to join a FREE 10-minute live virtual stretch break that can help reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and give your body a quick reset during the day.
These short sessions are a simple way to:
Break up sedentary time
Support recovery between training runs and walks
Refresh your body and mind during the day
How it works:
Register once for the full 4-week series
Attend any or all sessions, depending on what works best for your schedule
Each session is 10 minutes and held live on Zoom
Sessions are led by Kim Gray, founder of WorkBreakStretch, certified fitness professional, and Mermaid athlete
No equipment or change of clothes needed. Just a little space to move and stretch. 😊
