
Join Kim, founder of WorkBreakStretch, for 10 days of movement and stretch breaks inspired by winter sports! Each day will highlight a different sport where you’ll be guided through a 15-minute routine of simple, feel-good movements and stretches inspired by that sport.
Sessions will be held daily February 9th - February 20th (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) at 12pm ET via Zoom. Attend one, a few, or all sessions!
No experience needed. The sessions are beginner-friendly, require no equipment, and you definitely don’t have to bundle up. You can join from the comfort of your office, living room, or wherever you are. 😊 Camera use is optional during the sessions.
Price
This series is pay what you can, with a $10 minimum. You’re welcome to contribute whatever feels right for you.
You may also use credits from a session pass.
This series is included at no additional cost for those with an active Membership.
