Tension Release Tuesday

Join Kim on Zoom to ease tightness in areas that commonly hold tension from sitting and screen time. Each Tension Release Tuesday session focuses on a specific area of the body. Examples include:

• Neck, shoulders, and upper back

• Low back

• Hips

• Hamstrings

• Wrists, forearms, and hands

Every group session begins with a quick dose of wellness education or inspiration such as a fit tip, recipe suggestion, resource recommendation, motivational quote, or something lighthearted to lift your mood.

$7 drop-in (or save using a membership or session pass!)

Please note: Each WorkBreakStretch group session is for registered participants only. Sharing Zoom links or group viewing is not permitted. If you know someone who’d enjoy the sessions, please share the schedule link and encourage them to register individually.
