All stretches and movements are workday-friendly and designed to help you recharge. No experience, equipment, or change of clothes needed. Come as you are and move your way to feeling better!
Every group session begins with a quick dose of wellness education or inspiration such as a fit tip, recipe suggestion, resource recommendation, motivational quote, or something lighthearted to lift your mood.
These FREE sessions that take place every other month serve as a thank-you to regular WorkBreakStretch community members and an invitation for newcomers to experience what the live sessions are like.
