How do I sign up?
Visit the schedule to view upcoming sessions. Choose a session and follow the prompts to register. You'll receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email.
What do the sessions consist of?
Each 15-minute session includes a quick dose of education or inspiration such as a fit tip, quote, recipe idea, or something to lift your mood followed by instructor led office-friendly movement and stretching.
The sessions aren’t about working out. They’re about helping you reset your body and mind so you can better tackle the rest of your day. You are encouraged to move and stretch in a way that feels good to you and suites your current needs and fitness level, which might mean doing a completely different exercise than what is being demonstrated…and that’s ok!
Do you offer session passes?
Yes! If you plan to attend the public group sessions regularly, purchasing a Session Pass is a great way to save. Currently we offer 5 and 10 session passes.
Do you accept payment methods other than Stripe?
While Stripe is the built-in payment processor, I can also accept PayPal or Zelle for session pass purchases. Just send me (Kim) an email at [email protected].
Any equipment or special attire required to participate?
All the movements and stretches utilize just your bodyweight and are office-friendly, meaning they can be performed in typical work attire. It is recommended to not wear heels while participating though.
Occasionally a chair or desk may be used.
Do I need to commit to a certain number of sessions?
Nope! You can attend sessions regularly or sporadically. Whatever works best with your schedule, interest, needs, and wallet. :-)
For those attending regularly, you are encouraged to purchase a Session Pass for cost savings.
What if I need to cancel a session I registered for?
Life happens! If you registered for a session and can’t make it, you can cancel. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a credit back to your account that can be used for a future session.
Do I need to keep my camera on?
Nope, camera use is optional. Kim, founder and instructor, will always have her camera on so participants can see the exercises being demonstrated, but whether you keep your camera on is completely up to you.
Can I invite a family member, friend, or coworker to join?
We’re glad you want to share! Each WorkBreakStretch session is intended for registered participants only, so sharing Zoom links or allowing group viewing from your screen is not permitted.
If you know someone who’d enjoy the sessions, please share the schedule link and encourage them to register individually. We’d love to have them join!
What if none of the session times fit my schedule?
We understand that everyone’s schedule is different! If the current session times don’t work for you, let us know what would work better. We’re always gathering input and exploring additional times. Your feedback helps us grow! You can submit feedback and suggestions to [email protected].
